Forgot to add, had the School Athletics Carnival on Thursday too, and that was pretty alright...
Started talking to Erika again...I'm not sure if it was a good thing in the first place to stop talking to her...so I sent her an e-mail, and yea, got a reply...how to take back the things that we had said in the past...*SIGH*
Julia's left for Scotland today too...so yea...she's gone...hopefully I'll meet her in some other lifetime...
Oh...just got the OK from the Office...I can go on my deployment...so I sent off the permission note, and we'll see how it goes from there...
And the thing about getting caught, well, I just got a Wednesday detention, considering that I didn't actually go anywhere...I just got caught outside my door...if you can imagine a corridor with doors on either side, well, I walked out of my door, happy as Larry, and there, in the corridor 2 doors down, was a teacher standing there...I must admit, it was rather awkward...but yea, I just got told to return to my room, which I did and just went to sleep...*PHEW*
Apart from that, just getting some funds to go on the Year 12 Ski Trip in August...that should be good...going to P-A-R-T-Y...so much for Schoolies...:)
Talked to Billiam last night too...he's going well in Orange...it was a good phone call, I must admit...nothing like talking to an old mate for a hour and a bit, jsut bitching about the old times and fun times...and also the not so fun times....but anyway...I might go across to Orange instead of staying in Bathurst for my 18th...I donno just yet...but I'm trying to get Bill over for the first weekend in April...stay over in Jess' place with me...I'll have to talk to her about that for now...
OOO!!! Just remembered...Amirah added me to her Friendster thingy...and she's looking healthy...;)
I better get going and get ready for English...seesh...one day down already...it's gotten really cold too...the weather must ahve finally realised that it's Autumn, and turned off the heat!!! (As Neilly would have said...)
Who Is The Black Chinaman?

- Nick
- Kuala Belait, Brunei
- Saving someone's life is like falling in love. The best drug in the world. For days, sometimes weeks afterwards, you walk the streets, making infinite whatever you see. Once, for a few weeks, I couldn't feel the earth - everything I touched became lighter. Horns played in my shoes. Flowers fell from my pockets. You wonder if you've become immortal, as if you've saved your own life as well. God has passed through you. Why deny it, that for a moment there - why deny that for a moment there, God was you? I realised that my training was useful in less than ten percent of the calls, and saving lives was rarer than that. After a while, I grew to understand that my role was less about saving lives than about bearing witness. I was a grief mop. It was enough that I simply turned up. Living and working back in Brunei, after a 14 year absence... Also known as: Brunei, NASA, Bruise-Eye, Bru, Cheesecake, Nick, BruNick, BruMedNick, Two Step etc etc etc
