I might just drop a couple of lines...I do apologise for not updating in a long long time...just been really busy the past couple of months, as you will soon see...
Firstly, dad unfortunately passed away on 13 July, peacefully, so it's all good. I guess that it was coming, so I'm pretty alright with it for now...just don't want to e around when it actually does finally hit...
I'm going to graduate in 3 days time...getting exciting, but it's also a bit sad that dad's not around...he was so looking foward to coming...got the tickets, got the plans, ready and waiting now for the day to come...
School's been alright, we had our Trial HSC exams a couple of weeks ago, and those went alright, nothing to write home about...now I know precisely where I'm lacking and have to work on to assist in getting the most marks possible...
Cocharan's now a Coporal, and that's alright, I was supposed to go, but since dad passed away, they said to take as much time off as I needed and sent Dan instead...all's alright, nothing else to worry about...just have to try to get onto the January course...
I'm going to have to go now, hopefully I can continue updating this tomorrow...

I realised that my training was useful in less than ten percent of the calls, and saving lives was rarer than that. After a while, I grew to understand that my role was less about saving lives than about bearing witness. I was a grief mop. It was enough that I simply turned up.
