In recent days, due to my sister badgering me about it, I finally started playing an online flash game on Favebook...Farm Town...and truthfully, I'm hooked...:) It's simple, easy, and I can play with family and friends all over the world...and you get to give gifts of chickens, pigs or banana trees, to name a few of the items there...yup, farming in the country without the farm...or the country...or the physical labour...or maintenance...
Missed out on the staff Christmas party (yes, it was held in March of the next year) due to work (I got called in to cover for someone who went to the party), but from the reports that came back, it wasn't worth the while going anyhow...

I realised that my training was useful in less than ten percent of the calls, and saving lives was rarer than that.
